2024年東亞運動教育聯盟大會公告
第12屆東亞運動教育聯盟大會將於2024年12月13日在首爾國立大學舉行。本屆大會的主題為「塑造未來：運動教育者的專業性及其對社會的影響」。會議將探討運動教育者在未來社會變革中的角色，並分享相關見解。此外，傳統運動教育主題也將成為討論焦點。
1.稿件與摘要投稿：
主題演講者、口頭報告者及海報發表者的稿件，摘要及報告的撰寫指南，請參考附件。口頭報告及海報發表摘要字數不得超過300字，提交截止日期為2024年11月15日。

Announcement about 2024 EAASP
I would like to provide an update regarding the 12th East Asian Alliance of Sport Pedagogy Conference, which will be held at Seoul National University on December 13th, 2024.
The theme of the conference is “Shaping the Future: The Role of Sport Educators’ Professionalism and Its Impact on Society.” The conference will focus on sharing and exchanging ideas about the role of sport educators in response to change in future of society , in addition to the traditional topics related to sport education.
To ensure the successful hosting of this academic conference, please be aware of the following points and take appropriate actions:
① I would like you to recommend an excellent scholar who can deliver a keynote speech at the conference on Friday, December 13th, 2024. Please provide the name, affiliation, area of specialty, and contact information of the scholar by September 30th via email. The keynote speaker will be provided with airline tickets and accommodation.
② Regarding the manuscript for the keynote speaker, oral presenters and poster presenters, I have attached guidelines for the abstract and presentation. Please refer to the attached file.
③ We will also be accepting abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The abstract should be no more than 300 words, and submissions are due by November 15th, 2024. You can find the 'Instructions for Abstract Submission' in the attachment. Please forward the attached file to the members of your association.
④ There is a online application form regarding your participation in the conference as an invited speaker, oral presenter, poster presenter, or general participant. Please access the following form (https://forms.gle/SHim8uPz39YRHZdb7) and complete it by September 30th, 2024.
⑤ There will be a welcoming dinner on December 13th, 2024. As I need to prepare and reserve a restaurant, I would appreciate knowing the number of people planning to attend the dinner. Any participants who are not presenting at the conference but wish to attend the welcoming dinner should complete the above form also.
⑥ We are planning to hold a board meeting at 10 am on December 13th, 2024. If you have any agenda items, please inform me in advance. Kindly let me know by November 30th, 2024, if you have any items to discuss.
